The I-93/I-95 Interchange Transportation Study was conducted by the Massachusetts Executive Office of Transportation, Office of Transportation Planning. The primary goals of this planning study were to examine and recommend ways to improve traffic flow and safety at the interchange while minimizing impacts to surrounding communities. This effort provides a base for detailed environmental studies required by federal and state regulations.
